EPA/HUD RRP CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION COURSE (1-day)
Designed for contractors, painters, remodelers, maintenance professionals, and property managers performing renovation work in homes and child-occupied facilities built before 1978. This hands-on course teaches lead-safe work practices, containment, cleaning, documentation, and EPA RRP compliance. Upon successful completion, participants earn an EPA Certified Renovator certification valid for five years.

This three-day course provides the training required for individuals seeking to become licensed Ohio Lead Abatement Workers. Students will gain a practical understanding of lead-safe work practices through classroom instruction and hands-on training covering containment, personal protective equipment (PPE), waste handling, decontamination procedures, and the safe performance of lead abatement activities.

LEAD ABATEMENT REFRESHER CERTIFICATION COURSE (1-day)
Designed for currently licensed Lead Abatement Workers, this one-day refresher course reviews the essential knowledge and skills needed to safely perform lead abatement activities. Students will revisit lead-safe work practices, containment methods, personal protective equipment (PPE), waste handling, and regulatory updates while reinforcing best practices for working in the field.
Students who successfully complete the course and pass the course examination will receive a course completion certificate to meet Ohio refresher training requirements and maintain their Lead Abatement Worker license.
