REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best experience for all students, cancellations made 10 or more days before the scheduled course date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the course date are non-refundable, as class sizes are limited and reserved seats are difficult to fill on short notice. Students who are unable to attend may contact Environmental Health Academy to discuss transferring their registration to a future course, subject to availability and at the Academy's discretion. Environmental Health Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to severe weather, instructor availability, facility issues, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the safety of students or instructors. If Environmental Health Academy cancels or reschedules a course, students will be offered the option to transfer to another available class or receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible. Exceptions to this policy may be considered for documented medical or family emergencies at the sole discretion of Environmental Health Academy. By registering for a course, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
