  • We recommend starting with our Course Catalog, where you'll find an overview of each course, who it's designed for, prerequisites, certification requirements, and the types of work each credential allows you to perform. If you're still unsure, we're happy to help. Contact us, and we'll point you toward the course that's right for you.

  • Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and wear comfortable clothing suitable for a classroom setting. All required course materials will be provided unless otherwise noted in your registration confirmation. You're welcome to bring a notebook, snacks, and a refillable water bottle

  • Certificate timelines vary by course. Most students receive their certificate shortly after successfully completing the course and meeting all course requirements. If additional processing is required, we'll explain the timeline during class and in your registration materials.

  • Because class sizes are intentionally kept small to provide a high-quality, hands-on learning experience, each registration reserves a limited seat that is often difficult to fill on short notice. We encourage students to register only when they are confident they can attend.

    Cancellations made 10 or more days before the scheduled class are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before the scheduled class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

    If Environmental Health Academy cancels or reschedules a course, students may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future class.

    We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. If an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. While exceptions cannot be guaranteed, Environmental Health Academy reserves the right to consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes. Attendance is required for the full duration of the course. Students who arrive late, leave early, or miss required portions of the training may not be eligible to receive certification.
